Please contact us at 812.522.4008 and give us your name and order number. We will find the information about the location of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, all orders will have a tracking number. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to your desired shipping address, the next step is to contact UPS, FedEx, or USPS and start a claim with them.
If you are not getting results after starting a claim, please contact us with all information and we will escalate the claim.
From there we will determine if we can get a new shipment sent to you or if we need to credit back the original card used for the purchase.
If you initiate a chargeback to your card and do not contact us to let us know you have not received your packages, and you have not opened a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or undelivered goods, we will fight the chargeback and you will take the chance to be out your money and product. You will then be blocked from making any further purchases from Acme Sports, Inc.
If you initiate a chargeback to your card after a firearm has been delivered to your local Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer, we will contact your local police department and report the firearm(s) stolen, then we will get copies of your Form 4473 and we will send all information to the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms division of the FBI, and we will press federal charges to the fullest.
